SVAMITVA Haryana Property Card Download – Ownership of land and houses is necessary.

Keeping the objective in mind, the Haryana government launched the scheme ‘Lal Dora Mukt Gaon’ on 26th January 2020 from Sirsi in Karnal district. The aim was to get the land registered legally under the rightful owner. As, it had not been registered up till now in the villages. 

What is Lal Dora

Lal Dora or Red Tape property is the classification assigned to the part of village land which consists of village habitation, referred to as ‘Abadi’. The livestock and farm produce used to be kept in this area. In this lal dora area, no registration was done.

This area was exempted from building bye-laws and construction laws etc. So, there was a development in these areas. There were no ownership papers of the property it, led to conflicts between the families, and people of the village.

The areas owned by the villagers and the areas that belonged to the panchayat were not known. The public places in the village were occupied by the people

What is SVAMITVA

SVAMITVA means (Survey of Villages and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas). By name SVAMITVA Yojana it was adopted by the other eight states of India on 24th April 2020, on the occasion of the National Panchayati Raj Day.

The villagers could not get the loan on their property as they did not possess the legal documents regarding the ownership of the land. They were not able to use their property for their benefit. Therefore, to provide the right of the property to the household owner backed by this scheme has been launched. Due to it, the villagers will be able to sell their property and take loans on their land. So, ownership problem of the villagers will be solved.

How to Download the SVAMITVA Haryana Property Card

SVAMITVA Haryana Property Card can be downloaded in the following way:

• Step1: First go on the website: SVAMITVA Haryana (haryanadp.gov.in)

• Step2: After that, put in the required information such as the district name, property card id, mobile No, owner Name

• Step3: Then click on the Generate report option for Property card
